Teacher summit is a domain by which the institution can organize an international summit for teachers on how to teach literature, especially the works of Chinua Achebe, and make it come alive in the classroom, thereby fortifying students’ knowledge and appreciation of the subject. While university teachers are free to participate in this global summit, the programmes will be aimed predominantly at meeting the needs of teachers at the secondary level of education. The programmes need not only be physically confined to a venue. They can sometimes be held through and through online.
